	Non-smoking and smoking rooms All our guest rooms in the inn are designated non-smoking. Ten out of thirteen motel units are also non-smoking. The cottages are not designated non-smoking.
	Air conditionning and opening windows All our guest rooms and cottages have air conditionning and have windows that open.
	Telephone, cable colour television All our guest rooms and cottages are equiped with telephones and cable colour televisions with remote control.
	Wireless Internet All our guest rooms, cottages and conference rooms have complimentary Wireless Highspeed Internet Access.
	Pets We accept pets in some motel rooms and cottages. We do not accept pets in the Inn or at the pool. Dogs should always be kept on a leash.
	Outdoor Pool The pool is unheated and is open from mid-June until mid-September from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day. Towels are available at the front desk.
	Pool Pavilion In season, we offer beverages and light meals. During sring and fall, we organize lobster suppers, barbcues and buffets for private groups of up to 50 people.
	Laundry Our coin-operated laundry room is located in the inn's lower floor and is open to all our guests.
	Exercise Room We have a threadmill, eliptical, exercise bike and multi-exercise machine. It is available to our guests year-round.
	Bicycle rental The Petit Témis Cycling Trail is located in front of the Inn across the street. We offer a bicycle rental service including a safety helmet. $6.00 / hour · $12.00 half day · $20.00 full day
	Babysitting Service We can provide babysitting service. Reservation for this service must be made 48 hours in advance. Rate is $7.50 per hour. Certain conditions apply.
	Gift Counter Our gift counter is located near the reception desk. You will find newspapers, maps, post-cards, insect repellent, postage stamps, toilleteries and a variety of gift items.
